  I had planned to rent several items for the month of March 2018, didn't need the items so cancelled some in January which we received credit for. Didn't need the rest of the items so cancelled that order in February of 2018. It is now May and we still have not received the credit. When I have spoken to them they can't seem to figure out the issue. Must have very messed up paperwork. Have used them in the past and everything was okay. Not sure I would use them again.
